Our intrepid Senior Years Student Representative Council, made up of students from Year 10 and 11, put together a chess competition for students across all year levels. Approximately 100 students registered for this event and the first rounds took place on Thursday with the senior years competition. Due to the large numbers of student entries, the first rounds took place online until the first knock-out stage concludes and next week we will see the boards come out and the competition hots up. Also next week, the Middle Years competition will kick off online. Congratulations to the Senior ears SRC for their great work in providing our students with another opportunity to compete and have fun.
