As part of the Science Enrichment Program this year, students from Years 7, 8 and 9 were invited to participate in the Rio Tinto Big Science Competition this week.
This competition was targeted toward the juniors and had a number of students competing in the challenge. The response from the students for this competition has been reasonable and I hope those students continue to develop their love for science as they move into their Senior years of schooling. I would also like to thank Dr Stephen Goodall for his coordination and organisation of this event and Ms Laura Higgins for her drive and support of the Science Enrichment Program more broadly.
