Mental Health and Wellbeing

Our number one priority for Term 4 is the mental health and wellbeing of the young men in our care. They have dealt with so much adversity, not only in the school context, but in many facets of their lives. We are committed to support all our students and in a short video, I reminded the boys of the importance of self-care and looking out for their friends. It takes courage to ask for help, whether that be for yourself or someone you are concerned about. Below is a guide for Parents and Carers in understanding their son’s mental health and what they can do to support them if they are experience difficult times.
