I welcome you to attend the Whitefriars Parents’ Association’s Annual General Meeting (WPA AGM) at 7pm on Tuesday 31 October and get involved in our wonderful community.

The Nomination Form for Committee membership and AGM Agenda are attached.

The WPA Committee meets 8 times a year (or as required) with flexibility in the roles to ensure that members are able to attend, inject fresh ideas and be part of a fantastic team of people who work collaboratively with the school to enhance our community.

At the AGM all Committee positions are declared vacant.
Executive roles are President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer – along with six (minimum) General Committee roles. Executive and General Committee members attend all meetings and help out as available for College and WPA events – in 2023 this included House Nights, Trivia Night, Twilight BBQ, Mothers’ and Fathers’ Day breakfasts and our most recent (and very successful) Trivia Night.

Please ensure you bring a completed nomination form to the meeting on the night.

A desire to have fun, meet people and be part of an amazing team that has a real impact in your school community.
