This week, several of our have also had the opportunity to perform in the Associated Catholic Colleges Accent on Music Concert. In a spectacular display of interschool collaboration, our students have been rehearsing with their peers throughout the year, giving up hours of their day including on weekends to help this massive event come together. The excitement culminated on Tuesday at Melbourne’s iconic Hamer Hall, where students participated in a huge technical and dress rehearsal before the spectacular evening concert. This was a brilliant opportunity for students across year levels to see what an event on this scale involves, as well as have the opportunity to perform on such a big stage. Well done to all involved on a great night. A special thankyou to our supervising staff: Matt Balassone, Nick Fitter, Susan Neilson, Catherine Spurritt, Mark Murphy and Kevin Nguyen for supporting our students in this endeavour.
