ACC Cricket Premierships

I would like to formally congratulate both our Senior 1st XII and Senior 2nd XII cricket sides for winning ACC premierships on Wednesday 18 March. This is the first time in our ACC history that both sides have been premiers in the same year. A special thankyou must go to Captain Evan Smeed, Vice Captain Liam Smith and coach of the 2nd XII Peter Ciardulli for their hard work in getting their sides prepared. These boys started their preparation in term four of 2014 with training sessions; and the Oblate Cricket Carnival in Queensland which they also won

The game details were:

Best Season performers: Liam Smith 207 runs at 51.76 batting average, Seamus Bolton 14 wickets, Tom Trimmer 12 wickets

Whitefriars 2nd XII v CBC St Kilda
